Cotorras Get Clutch Win, 6-5
The Rio Grande Cotorras picked up a win at Recinto Atlético del Noreste, knocking off the Canovanas Chupacabras, 6-5. Starting pitcher Julio Ochoa was a big reason why. The Cotorras win now puts them at 56-28.

The clutch hit was provided by Esteban Pequeño. He delivered a walk-off run-scoring single off Neo Berndsson in the bottom of the 12th.

"We've got guys willing to do what it takes to win," Pequeño told the Rio Grande Times.
