The Culebra Tortugas picked up a win at El Recóndito, taking down the Gurabo Tainos, 4-2. Starting pitcher Luis del Orbe was a big reason why. The win puts the Tortugas at 39-47, while the Tainos drop to 47-43.

The tension was thick in the top of the sixth inning. With runners on 1st and 3rd and Gurabo trailing 4-2, Luis del Orbe had to get a big out. On a 0-1 sinker, he retired José Celaya, who grounded out.
