Frios Stay Hot with Extra-Inning Win

The winning streak continued for Aibonito.
The Aibonito Frios wiggled past the Las Piedras Menestrales, 4-3, in 10 innings at Parque de los Menestrales. The win was highlighted by the performance of Aibonito pitcher Arcadio Aguilar. The winner in relief was Urso Ramírez. He is now 3-6. The left-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 3 innings.
Esteban Tejada made it 4-3, in favor of Aibonito when he delivered a run-scoring single. It came with two out in the top of the tenth. The red-hot Frios went on to win.
"The game is never over 'til it's over," said a jubilant Rigoberto Huante, the Aibonito skipper.
