|
Germán Bencosme spun his magic in a shutout victory at Estadio Cordelia Pérez de Verdugo, 1-0, over the Quebradillas Corsarios. The Trujillo Alto pitcher put quite a spell on Quebradillas in a strong performance, allowing 7 hits while totaling 1 walk and no strikeouts.
"I had a lot of good things working in this one," Bencosme said. "I worked both sides of the plate. I was rarely behind in the count."
