Juana Diaz Earns 4-3 Win
|
Juana Diaz pitcher Fintan Whelan did his part in helping his team beat the Loiza Vejigantes, 4-3. The left-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. In 9 innings, Whelan surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 7 and walking 3. He allowed 3 runs. Juana Diaz is now 69-40, Loiza 38-71.
