Another game, another loss for the struggling Cabo Rojo Combatientes.

The Coamo Termales got a stellar performance from pitcher Jorge Gómez, who handcuffed the Cabo Rojo offense en route to a win, 2-1, at Estadio Graciano Figueroa. Gómez picked up the win for Coamo, going 8.1 innings. He gave up 1 run on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 5-2. Roberto Navarrete recorded the save for Coamo, his 10th of the season.

Sandalio Díaz had a key at-bat with no one out in the bottom of the fifth for Coamo. With a runner on 3rd and the Termales leading 1-0, he hit a sacrifice fly.
