Guaynabo starter Eugenio Santos pitched well against the Patillas Cuervos at Jardines de Guaynabo. The right-hander led his team to a win, 5-4. Reliever Torcuato López picked up the win. His record improves to 1-2. Edan O'Sullivan took the loss. The victory makes Guaynabo 38-81.

Heráclito Casillas was the walk-off hero for Guaynabo. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Libertadores designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Winning is hard sometimes," said Libertadores manager Billy Riley. "This one was nice to get."
