Tejedores Use Late Surge to Win
Sabana Grande picked up a win at Estadio Felipe Esquibel, bumping off the Naranjito Brillantes, 10-6. Pitcher Logan Watson was a major reason the Tejedores emerged victorious. The win puts the Tejedores at 58-74, while the Brillantes drop to 44-90.

The most important at-bat for Sabana Grande came in the top of the tenth inning, when third baseman Orlando Treviño stroked a 2-2 fastball to left for a run-scoring single, putting Sabana Grande up, 7-6.

"I'm just trying to make sure I'm focused for each and every pitch," said Watson.
