Barranquitas turned a good effort from starter Evaristo Adauto into a win over the Manati Acropolitanos at Estadio de los Ilustres. The final score was 2-1. Adauto went the distance for Barranquitas. He gave up 1 run on 6 hits.

The Ilustres got a clutch hit from right fielder Ricardo Reyes. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Ilustres.
