Yabucoa starter Ryan Burrell pitched well against the Aibonito Frios at Estadio Herodes García. The left-hander led his team to a win, 5-4. At 69-67, Yabucoa is in second place in the Liga Hostos Este.

Yabucoa used a well-timed hit by Álvar Alonzo to capture the win. The third baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the third inning to put the Dulceros ahead, 4-3. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"I'm not out there for personal accomplishments," Burrell told a Yabucoa News reporter after the game. "I'm out there to help the team win, and that's what we did today."
