Libertadores Move on to Campeonato de las Ligas Thursday, September 3rd , 1914 The Guanajuato Libertadores are one step closer to the Campeonato Nacional de México. The club prevailed 6-1 at Parque de la Libertad tonight to eliminate the Culiacan Galanes and advance to the Campeonato de las Ligas. The Libertadores won the series by a 4-1 margin, with catcher and series MVP Ruairc Maguire leading the way. "I'm proud of all the guys," Maguire said. "This was a team effort, not just me."
